Quickpost: Goat Cheese and Balsamic Vinaigrette

Hey guys! I’m doing a cleanse right now so I haven’t been cooking very much. I’ve been eating a lot of salads and raw fruits and veggies. I’m actually going to shoot for a full 30 days. I’m 5 days in so far, so we’ll see how it goes. Wish me luck! I’ll check back in with you to let you know how it’s going as well as post some ultra healthy recipes you may want to try. Anywho, I made this incredible salad dressing that I thought I should share. I plated a handful of Arugula with some heirloom tomato slices and drizzled it with homemade Goat cheese and Balsamic Vinaigrette. Talk about waking up the taste buds! It’s sooooo good. Here’s what you need:

3 Tbsp. softened Goat Cheese (I used the one with herbs)

1/4 cup good Balsamic Vinegar

1 tsp. honey

Sea Salt

Black pepper

Garlic salt

Mix everything together in a bowl until the Goat cheese is smooth. The dressing will be a rick creamy Espresso color. Drizzle it over the arugula and tomatoes and enjoy!!
