1 bunch of beet greens, washed, dried and chopped
Handful of Pea Flowers, washed and dried
2 cloves garlic minced
1 tsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
Sea Salt to taste
2 Tbsp. Grape Seed Oil
Heat the skillet over medium heat then add oil and allow the oil to heat for about 30 seconds to one minute. Add the beet greens, garlic, brown sugar, salt and pepper and sauté until the greens are tender, about 7 minutes. Plate the greens and garnish with the pea flowers. Enjoy!!
Tip: These greens can be served as a delicious side to compliment just about any main dish.
